Return Policy:

  • We are unable to accept product exchanges or refunds due to the sensitive nature of our items and for the protection of our clients. A package is deemed delivered and non-refundable once it is accepted.
  • Please select your size appropriately, as all lingerie and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. A single size might not fit everyone.
  • Within 28 days of purchase, if an item is discovered to be flawed, we will replace it with a comparable item of at least the same value.
  • It must be demonstrated that a product's flaws resulted from a manufacturing error rather than damage sustained after delivery. Management has the authority to decide what kind of defect a product has and whether it qualifies for an exchange.
  • Any shipping fees associated with returning the item to us will be at your expense, and we will cover the cost of returning the replaced item to you. The cost of shipping is not refundable.
  • Faulty or defective items must be returned in their original packaging, with the receipt, and with all of their original components, including any applicable batteries, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions, and so on.

Extended Warranty

A manufacturer-provided extended warranty is available for certain products.

You are responsible for registering your product with that manufacturer and adhering to their policies and procedures in order to obtain the warranty. Please contact us, and we will cover the first year of the warranty in-house. You must have proof of purchase. For warranties that expire after a year, please get in touch with the business directly to inquire about extended warranty coverage. Any products with extended warranties are mentioned in the product's comprehensive description. Some Blush products, Satisfyer Inc., and Evolved Novelties are examples of businesses that offer extended warranties.

ADVICE 💡Store your invoice and receipt in the original box or packaging as soon as you receive your new product or products, and keep them in a secure location until the warranty expires. Now you have your original box and receipt on hand in case something goes wrong with your purchase.
