Shipping

Orders will be shipped via regular ground using UPS or Canada Post, whichever offers the best price.We currently only provide shipping within Canada. Free shipping is offered for orders totaling $79.00 or more (before taxes or discounts). Insurance premiums and special/expedient services are not covered by us.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 pm Pacific Daylight time are shipped the same day. Your order will be processed the following business day if it is placed on a weekend. We currently ship all over Canada.

Inaccuracies, unavailable items, and out of stock

A product may occasionally run out of stock.If we have reasonable expectations that the item will be back in stock within 7 days, we will notify you of the delay.The remainder of your order will be delivered as normal.There will be no extra charge for the additional delivery expenses.In the event that an item is unavailable for purchase due to stock outs, we will issue a refund.

Regarding curbside or warehouse pickup:

For curbside pick-up orders or to schedule pick-up at the warehouse, call or email. We will reimburse the online purchase price if shipping has already been paid. Usually, these orders are available the next day.
